Incident Report for Sova Assessment Platform

Resolved

An issue at Amazon Web Services (AWS), our cloud computing provider, affected the Sova platform between 7:11am UTC and 9:36am UTC on Monday, 20th October 2025. Clients would have been unable to access the administration portal during that time.

The Candidate and Assessors experiences were unaffected.
